Registration Update
We sincerely apologize to all Dolphin Families & Supporters. As a division and team we are using Swimtopia this year and despite extensive discussions regarding our WC3 Registration we’ve had some growing pains. We have certainly learned plenty along the way regarding these changes and will continue to communicate and address all challenges as we continue to transition this season to Swimtopia.
We greatly appreciate the numerous responses/inquires we’ve received such as but not limited to inquiries about the platform, discount codes, and registration process. It is important to note that all parties should have received an email or direct communication from Lauren, Jen, or Desiree at this point; if you have not heard from one of us please email [email protected].
We extend our gratitude for everyone’s continued support and patience as we navigate through these challenges. Your understanding and perseverance are invaluable to the Dolphins.
Swim Interns
Know a teen who loves swimming? They can apply to intern in our Swim Team & Learn to Swim (LTS) program! (Last day for Applications 5/8/26)
Dolphins Team Swim Suit Ordering
We are excited for season! Reminder that swim suit and cap orders are optional! Your swimmer is welcome to swim meets in any suit, and they do not need to wear a cap. However, many swimmers love wearing our dolphin logo!
Welcome to the 2026 swim suit order form. Complete a separate order form for each swimmer you have. All items must be paid in full prior to the order date of April 29, 2026. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe6KGKJj...
Any questions about ordering or payment can be directed to [email protected]
Stroke & Turn Judges MHSL Training
Stroke and Turn Judges are an important part of our summer swim team and help ensure races are fair, safe, and fun for all swimmers. These volunteers observe each race to make sure swimmers are using the correct stroke techniques and completing legal turns according to league guidelines. No prior experience is needed. MHSL provides training and support so you feel confident and comfortable in the role. It is a great way to be poolside, learn more about the sport, and support our swimmers throughout the season.
Join me on Wednesday, April 29th 6-7 pm at Tallyn's Reach Clubhouse!

Sponsorship Opportunities
Hello Dolphins!
It’s time to secure our season sponsors for the upcoming season! We’d love to welcome any families who are interested in sponsoring the team. If you own a business—or have connections with local businesses—we would greatly appreciate your help spreading the word about sponsoring the Dolphins.
What does it mean to be a sponsor?
Sponsors of the WC3 Dolphins make a tax-deductible donation to support the team and are recognized as official season sponsors. Donations can be made at any level. Sponsors will be featured on our website and included in our welcome bags and team information.
The chart below outlines our sponsorship tiers and the recognition that comes with each level.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Lauren Steever at [email protected]. If you’re ready to jump in and become a Dolphin sponsor, please fill out this Google Form.
Thank you for helping support the Dolphins! - Lauren Steever
MHSL Trainings (Volunteers Needed)
The Mountain High Swim League organizes our division, and we are part of Division D.
Swim meets rely on a large number of parent volunteers, and some roles require official MHSL training, including:
• Stroke & Turn Judges
• Other key meet positions
Training is typically a one-session commitment and provides:
• A better understanding of competitive swimming
• Insight into how the league operates
• An opportunity to support the team in a meaningful way
The more trained volunteers we have, the smoother our meets will run. If your swimmer is participating, you will be volunteering - so this is a great way to be prepared.
