Welcome to WC3 Swim Team Registration!

We're excited to kick off another fantastic summer swim season, and we’ve made it easier than ever to register and manage everything online! Whether you're a returning swimmer or new to the team, the process is quick and simple. Just create your private account to:

• Sign up for swim meets
• Choose your volunteer roles
• Track your swimmers swim times and progress
• Update your contact info
• And much more!

Aside from the swim team registration per swimmer, there is a membership fee of $75 for each family, which covers several important services. This fee includes your team t-shirt, concession supplies, MHSL Insurance fee, and administrative costs such as the website, payment system, and other behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly.

Moreover, here’s some exciting news this year: As noted above we've put a concession supplies fee as part of the membership fee—no more bringing donations to home meets! That’s one less thing to worry about. We are also doing for the first time swimmers aged 15-18 years of age summer swim for only $150. One significant change this year is although we are offering multiple-swimmer discounts they will be a fixed amount rather than percentage based please email [email protected] for your discount code prior to registering.

• Know a teen who loves swimming? They can apply to intern in our Swim Team & Learn to Swim (LTS) program! (Last day for Applications 5/17/26)
• Do you own a business that supports great causes? Sponsor the Dolphins and get involved with our community!
